Parent Council / HSA
Auchterellon HSA (Home School Association) is an organisation of parents/carers and staff that encourages closer links between home and school. The main role of the HSA is to organise events to raise funds to enhance the learning experiences of all the pupils. Fundraising events also provide an opportunity for parents/carers, staff and pupils to get together. Meetings are held in the school, once or twice each term and all parents/carers are eligible to become involved in the valuable work we do. The AGM is held at the start of each school session.
Recently, the HSA has contributed to the new multimedia system in the hall, buses for school trips and the subscription to ‘EducationCity’ and ‘Primary Britannica.’ Any parents / carers interested in joining the HSA should contact the school for more information.
